Ecole Nationale d’Agriculture de Meknes

The National School of Agriculture of Meknes (ENAM) is a Moroccan public institution focused on agroecology, biofertilizers, and sustainable production systems. ENAM integrates research on soil health, composting, and beneficial microorganisms with socio-economic analysis and stakeholder engagement. Its strong ties to farmer organizations and national programs support the development of agroforestry innovations in oasis and arid regions.

Role in the Project
ENAM brings expertise in agroecology, biofertilizers, and socio-economic analysis:

Participates in WP1, by documenting oasis agroforestry systems.
Supports WP2, by co-leading gender integration and developing a MAP in Morocco.
Contributes to WP3, through soil health and agronomic monitoring.
Engages in WP4, by analyzing business models and economic efficiency.
Leads training activities in WP5, including farmer-to-farmer exchanges and workshops.
